As the world grapples with the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19, our thoughts are with the people around the globe who are affected.
Our community is truly a global one with buyers in almost every corner of the world. As such, we are continually monitoring current events and taking our cues from national authorities and local leaders in our areas of business, as well as experts at the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local health authorities to do our part in protecting our customers and employees.
In the past few weeks, we have experienced delays from our suppliers and unreliable or even non-existent service from our other service partners, which we co-operate with for manufacturing and shipping of BC Vault products. The delay is a result of a complete lock-down of country we operate in – businesses are all remote and there is an active policy of social isolation in place, disabling us from efficiently conducting business.
Nevertheless, our digital services remain active and reliable. Our support and sales teams are accessible using our official channels, so although this crisis may substantially hit some businesses, we will do our part to minimize any issues.
We are working very hard with our suppliers and delivery services to process orders and will continue to do so until you receive your hardware wallet. Please expect a delay from 1-4 weeks from the date of your order.
