Release notes 1.2.2

Version 1.2.2 of BC Vault has been released, included in this release:

• Custom ERC20 tokens (accessible if you turn on ‘Advanced Mode’ in the options
• Improved UX for existing ERC-20 tokens
• ERC-20 indicator icon

And of course, plenty of bugfixes.
