BC Vault is firmly committed to user privacy in our products and services. This privacy statement discloses the types of information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. You can browse through our website without giving us any information about yourself. When we need your personal information to provide services that you request or when you decide to provide us your personal information, we will treat it according to this policy. These privacy practices apply to BC Vault websites.
Types and uses of personal information
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. We collect personally identifiable information when you provide it to us – when you register with BC Vault, when you use certain BC Vault products or services, participate in an online survey, when you submit an entry for promotion etc. Several services that we offer on our sites may require registration as a condition of use. Once you register with BC Vault you are no longer anonymous to us.

- E-mail Correspondence – Used to raise and respond to issues and inquiries of all types. Also used to distribute information about BC Vault, our products, and services.
- Transactions – Show which products and services you have requested.
When personal information is collected, we will inform you at the point of collection about the purpose of the collection. We will not subsequently change the way in which we use your personal information unless you consent to the new usage.
Cookies And tracking technology
Your Internet browser has a feature called “cookies” which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to any of our sites. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Accessing and updating information
We need your help in making sure your personal information is correct in our systems. You are allowed to make the updates yourself via the BC Vault registered users’ profile tool.
No commercial, unlawful or harmful use of the BC Vault websites
The BC Vault websites are only for your personal use. You will not use the NIL websites for further commercial purposes, you will not resell and/or in any way distribute the content of BC Vault websites or their products to other person/-s. You will not use the BC Vault websites in any way that is unlawful or harms BC Vault, its affiliates, resellers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers, or any customer of BC Vault, as determined in BC Vault’s sole discretion. BC Vault may tell you about certain specific harmful uses in a code of conduct or other notices available through BC Vault but has no obligation to do so. You may not use the BC Vault websites in any way that breaches any code of conduct, policy, or other notice applicable to the BC Vault websites.
Without limiting the generality of this section, you may not use the BC Vault web sites in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any BC Vault web site (or the network(s) connected to any BC Vault web site) or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the NIL web sites.
Information sharing and disclosure
BC Vault will not transfer or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. Inside BC Vault web, data is stored on secure servers that are not accessible through the Internet.
Registration
Users who would rather not provide any of the user data requested by our registration process do not need to register with us. You can still view much of the content and use many of the services offered by our sites without registering.
We also provide users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communication from us. BC Vault sites give users the option to change, modify, or remove their information from our database in order to be assured of not receiving future communications. You may request deletion of your BC Vault account or any of your personal information held by us by sending an email to support@bc-vault.com.
Data Security
The information provided by users is kept private and confidential. In certain areas of our websites, BC Vault uses industry-standard SSL encryption to enhance the security of data transmissions. Access to your personal information is limited to people who need it to do their job.
Data Retention
BC Vault will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

We provide links to third-party sites. BC Vault is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites operated by third parties that are linked to our site. You should check the privacy policy of these third-party websites to determine how they handle any information they collect from you.
Children and privacy
BC Vault websites are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we find out that we have personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our systems.
