With any kind of transaction made on the blockchain the transaction has to be first approved by the network, only then it will be visible. That can take from seconds to minutes or even hours/days (depending on the particular currency and network congestion).
You can always check transaction status (additionally to BC Vault Application Transaction list) for particular crypto currency with hYou can copy the Transaction Hash (TxHash) with clicking on a particular transaction from Transaction list in BC Vault Application. Additionally to that you can of course also lookup your wallet address of destination wallet address.
